Towne Talk Bakery Visits the A3 Program

On May 13, Mike Volino and Tabitha of Canisteo’s own Towne Talk Bakery were gracious enough to visit the A3 Program. Mike baked a marble cake and Tabitha brought all of her decorating tools to show the students the many different ways to decorate a cake. Mike and Tabitha also explained the business end of the Towne Talk Bakery. Students learned that the price of a cake is more than just the ingredients, but also the baker and decorators time put into the cake. Mike is at the bakery by 4 a.m. EVERY morning!
